When the running blasting machine vibrates too much or abnormally, it must be stopped to check the use of the wearing parts and check whether the foreign objects enter the blasting machine. After the cleaning of each shift, the wear of the blasting machine wearing parts should also be checked. When it is found that the wearing parts are seriously worn, they need to be replaced. We can use the data to understand that when the blade thickness is reduced by 4-5mm, the blade length is reduced by 4-5mm, and the blasting machine has severe vibration, the blade needs to be replaced.
