The Lost Foam Molding Line, best for Mass production
The lost foam production line is designed and developed by our company. Mainly used for producing all kinds of motor shell and box type castings, the annual production capacity is 20000 tons; it covers very small area, and need less workers to operate, and it is automation line. This line is mainly consist by vacuum system, cooling system and dust removal system, flask conveying system, sand screening cooling and storage system, automatic sand adding system, three vibration compaction system, hydraulic system, electric control system, all controlled by the PLC, fully automatic operation.
